Tempo by Valeria Vari for llab.design is a marble coffee table inspired by ancient sundials. Thirty stone rings in alternating colors form its tapered base, while the tabletop creates a thirty first level, commemorating 31 years of restored Ukrainian independence. A pointed element rises above the surface, echoing a sundial’s shadow casting marker. Tempo was presented at Salone del Mobile 2023 and featured in G&G Magazine’s coverage of Ukrainian design.
